The Cover-Up/Effects is the most versatile palette in the Reel Palette collection. You can create bruises, black eyes, cuts, etc. Also, you can cover-up tattoos, bruises, etc. with the fleshtone colors. Activate with recommended activator or 99% Alcohol. 

*Shrinkage, cracks and bubbles are normal in alcohol palettes, and does not affect the quality or performance of the product in any way.
